 Special Called Board Meeting

March 22, 2007

Members Present:   David Ellis, David Harrison, Kim Jones, Mike Hastings, James Tidwell and Superintendent Dr. Jerry Stout

Members Absent:  Marc Wetzel, Jim Bono

Guests Present:  0

President David Harrison called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m.

The Middle School Principal contract was presented.  James Tidwell made the motion to employ Dewitt Smith as Middle School Principal with a contract for June 1, 2007 to June 30, 2009.  David Ellis seconded the motion.  The motion passed (5-0).

There being no further business, Mr. Harrison adjourned the meeting at 7:37 p.m.
