There will be a FREE SHOT CLINIC at Tom Bean
Middle School on Monday, May 14th at 1 pm.
All students are welcome to attend and
receive their required immunizations for the
2012-2013 school year. If your child is
requiring an immunization for next year, a
consent form will be mailed home to
you. Please return these consent forms to
school before May 10th. |
